Yes it is because God has stepped into the world and created his own ministry to bring the world back to him. In the New Testament, the people were living with the Holy Spirit in their minds. That's why there was so many miracles happening in the Bible. Once man decided to create the organized church, the Holy Spirit was taken out from his job of renewing the minds of people to the mind of Christ. And since God has stepped into the world and created his own ministry, we can again see miracles in the world
